It’s all about Relationships!!

I’m starting to give out these ‘Affiliate Tips’!! It’s going to build YOU up as an ‘authoritive figure’ online- and then, increasing ALL types of sales!!

When doing marketing of all types, and ’selling’ ANY type of product(s)… especially Affiliate products, it’s so important that you have the RELATIONSHIP portion of your business down.. This is the one area that can literally make or break your business, and matter of fact, ANY business.. The relationships connects YOU with your customers, clients, and people in general. The more you work on the ‘relationship’ area of your business. Obviously, the stronger your ‘connection’ gets to that particular person. When the connection is strong- their inlays the **TRUST**… And to be honest, that’s what makes people buy!! Makes sense, huh?

If your a math wizard… think of it like this equation..

‘connection to the person’ + strong ‘RELATIONSHIP‘ = TRUST >< tighter bond = more SALES

It’s not rocket science

But, seriously… in ANY thing you do in life, if the ‘relationship’ is strong.. people know what to expect out of you.. And if it’s trying to SELL something.. You want that ‘expectation’ to be GOOD!! I see this a lot.. people trying to sell their products / affiliate products, and their confused on ‘Why their not making sales?!?’ then I ask, “What is it YOUR doing to increase your ‘RELATIONSHIP’ with your clients… What value are you giving them..?” then, 9 out of 10 times I hear back that their seeing more leads, they’re converting more sales, and making more cash!! ALL because they are strengthening their RELATIONSHIP with their customers..

Try it out.. help some people in forums, chats, Ustream webinars, comment areas, etc…

So what do I mean & why am I asking this……??

Let me explain-

In my office I have a plant, My mentor Lisa Diane says a plant can only live in a positive environment.. and if a plant can’t with stand the condition- it isn’t healthy for a human to be in (makes sense!!). And sometimes if I’m gone for a long weekend it dies and looks like it’s done for. But, every time I give it a bit of water and put it in some sun light.. and hours later it looks just as healthy as it did when I bought it! So if I’m not taking care of the plant- it obviously dies.. When I water every other day and give it the sunlight it needs- it looks so beautiful and pretty to have on my desk.. What I’m trying to say, is this how you run your life and online business..?

Sometimes your watering your plant (writing blog posts/ content for your site) and giving it some of the sunlight it needs (submitting articles & driving traffic) So your online business comes to a holt and looks dead.. Or, is your plant (business) always watered and has the sunlight causing it never to be neglected so it’s flourishing and making it into the empire you want??

The key to ANY business, especially online marketing is that your always “watering and giving it the sunlight” it needs- if not, search engines thinks your business is ‘dead’ and gives the person that’s searching the terms you want to be noticed by Google, MSN, Yahoo, etc… to the other competior that has the ‘green thumb’ and is always taking care of their business..

I know it’s a bit cheesy to compare a business to a plant- but, it’s very true to what I’m saying.. Trust me I know from keeping tabs on tracking amounts of traffic that comes to my site… and guess when it’s the most?? Yup, when I’m pumping out content and giving the search engines what they want -a nice healthy plant

So what are you waiting for?? Post an article and comment about your post in this blog thread… The one that get’s my attention the most will be ‘blasted’ to my subscribers and get some more “sunlight”!!

I was on a ‘coaching call’ last week- and a client asked me a really good question.. He said, “What does all this Affiliate Marketing information actually do for me?? Is it even worth my time???”

obviously my answer was YES!!!(The company I work with is working on the brink of breaking 8 figures- I’d say that’s ‘worthy’ enough for me )

But, his question really had me thinking- and I did some research on this topic and ALOT of people have the same question.. So, me being me- I had to think of a solution…

You can’t put a price tag on your Online business, and the knowledge you learn to have your ‘breakthrough’- and see actual money going into your bank account.. I’ve already posted two strategies that has increased my online business by double (literally- no joke)..

Hopefully everything is going well for you, and your using “Twitter” to help drive targeted leads to your sites!! So now your saying what does sending articles to ‘Digg’ have to do with me making Affiliate commissions?? Well the answer is simple- The more articles you ‘digg through and submit in.. the more traffic your site gets by people finding what it is YOU have to offer, and returns into them becoming your Loyal customers making you Royal Revenues …. So if your not “Digging” your self in the online market place- your digging your own grave to your online marketing business  ( I know that’s a bit dramatic- but, you get the point lol)

In the long run this could add an extra 5 figures a year to your income- and it’s FREE!!! So what do you have to lose?? NOTHING, but EVERYTHING to gain!

This is just an update of an “affiliate tool” I’ve been using and I’m noticing it’s a HUGE Profit maker- and NO cost!! It’s a site that allows you to send only 140 characters- so the message isn’t some long drawn out email and, you can just ‘get to the point’ on this virtual message board. This allows you to give personal friends and clients updates from time to time on things your doing through out the day.. or the best part that I like- is getting CRAZY information on building and growing your online marketing biz- which relates to… you guessed it- ‘Affiliate Marketing’ which = Sales!!

You just click “follow” and start following people, and then people start following you in return (human nature- seeing what other people are up to;).. it’s pretty sweet- not only your updating your closest friends through Twitter, but you can also share tips and tricks on what’s working for you in the ‘online marketplace’. I’m seeing people use this to generate an extra 5 figures a week, and building their client base in all nitches( YouTube “Celebs” = are increasing ‘viewers’, information marketing =building email lists and clients, Realtors = staying in touch with clients, so on and so on….)
